Arizona intellectual property attorneys

We will help you protect your copyright, trademark, and patent rights from infringement or abuse by others. And we will ensure that you get as much legal protection as possible for your intellectual property through the following means:

  • Copyright.  Protects works of authorship, such as writing, music, and art
  • Trademark. Protects words, names, symbols, sounds, or colors that distinguish goods and services from those manufactured or sold by others and indicates the source of the goods. Can be at State or Federal level.

Although you do not need to register a trademark or copyright with Arizona state government or a Federal Trademark or copyright the federal government in order to avail yourself of the protection of intellectual property laws, we strongly encourage you to take this step. It puts you in a better position should you ever need to litigate to protect your rights, and—with the help of experienced intellectual property lawyers in Arizona—it should be a quick and painless process.
