Mid-level Commercial Litigation Attorney. 

Immediate opening for a lawyer with 3+ years experience for our law firm. Will consider 3rd-5th year associate.  Must be licensed in Arizona. Nevada and/or California licenses a plus. Experience in taking depositions, drafting motions. Trial experience preferred, but not required.   Must have excellent writing skills, be highly motivated and detail oriented.  Resume, writing sample, references and transcript, if available.  Compensation based on collected billings.
