Mr. Hudspeth was admitted to practice law in the state of Arizona in 1988. He graduated from Arizona State University Sandra Day O' Conner School of Law in 1988 and attended Harvard Law School's Program of Instruction in Lawyer's What? in 1999. He currently serves as a Professor of Business Law at Arizona State University and has conducted classes and seminars for Phoenix College, Maricopa Community Colleges Small Business Development Center, and the Arizona Small Business Association.
