Legal Background
Donald W. Hudspeth was admitted to practice law in the state of Arizona in 1988, practiced corporate law representing financial institutions such as the Bank of Hawaii and founded The Law Offices of Donald W. Hudspeth, P.C. in January 1993. Mr. Hudspeth currently serves as a Professor of Business Law at Arizona State University, West Campus and has conducted classes and seminars for Phoenix College, Maricopa Community Colleges Small Business Development Center, and the Arizona Small Business Association.
Former Business Background
Donald Hudspeth held a stock brokers license by the age of twenty-one and became a business owner by the time he was twenty-three. Mr. Hudspeth is a former owner of multiple businesses and investment real estate both in Kansas and Arizona. Before attending law school, Mr. Hudspeth served as Chief Financial Officer for a furniture manufacturing company in Phoenix. Combining that background with his current experience as a business law attorney, and as a businessman himself, Mr. Hudspeth is dedicated to serving the interests of small business owners and operators and can relate to the challenges and legal issues that face businesses.
